I understand that counselling can be daunting and so I aim to create a neutral, safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences. I have a private practice providing counselling in Torquay, Devon, and my focus is to help you heal, energise, and become aware of your inner strengths, ultimately empowering you to take back control of your life and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger following traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and it is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
