I understand that counselling can be daunting and so I aim to create a neutral, safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences. I am confident you will feel at ease and ready to begin your journey at your own pace. I have a private practice providing counselling in Torquay, Devon, and my focus is to help you heal, energise, and become aware of your inner strengths, ultimately empowering you to take back control of your life and gain a deeper understanding of yourself And others.
